Thomas Van Aken, MD completed his internship at
Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center and Psychiatric
residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital with a Post Doctoral
clinical fellowship at Columbia University College of Physicians and
Surgeons. Subsequently
he served as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at New York Medical College
and has been in private practice since 1991. He has extensive clinical
experience and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of mood and
eating disorders
with a special interest in Anxiety and OCD.

Megan McCormick, LCSW -Licensed Clinical Social Worker, ACSW,
received her Masters in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University in
1983. She has over twenty years post-graduate practice in the field of
child, adolescent,
adult and family psychotherapy and is the co-founder of a multi-disciplinary
therapy
group in Southern Dutchess County. Her specialties include eating disorders,
anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma intervention, adolescent development
and family issues. Her extensive experience with Eating Disorders reaches
across the lifespan.

Christopher Ryan, LCSW- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, ACSW,

received his Masters in Clinical Social Work in 1981 from the University
of Albany. He
has received advanced clinical training from NYU and training in Intensive
Psychiatric Rehabilitation from Boston University. He has over twenty-seven
years experience
in the field of child, adolescent, adult and family psychotherapy and
is the co-founder of a multi-disciplinary group in Southern Dutchess
County.
His specialties
include substance abuse, alcohol disorders, anxiety disorders, marital
interventions and cognitive behavioral interventions. He has ten years
experience working
in crisis intervention for Putnam County.

Paula Van Aken, MS,
RD, CDN, received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition
from Simmons College and her Masters in Nutrition Education from Columbia
University. She is a Professor Emeritus of Nutrition; Marymount College
of Fordham
University, Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer and is
employed part-time as the Eating Disorder Nutrition Specialist for Columbia
University's Student Health Services. Her specialization in nutrition
issues across the lifespan includes over
sixteen years of university teaching and twenty years of clinical practice.
She has special training in weight
management, intuitive eating and disordered eating.

Rhonda Hauge, LCSW-R, ATR, received her Masters
in Art Therapy from Buffalo State College
in 1987 and her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University
in 1991. She has over 20 years experience working with children,
adolescents and adults in outpatient settings as well as residential and
school settings. She utilizes the use of art, play and psychotherapy
in her practice. Areas of expertise
include: body image, grief work, anxiety and depression,
school anxiety, family and relationship issues, the emotional
impact of chronic illness, and trauma.
